Returns

At this time we do not accept returns. 

Refunds

If you have received defective/broken products from us or are not pleased with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Please email us at almondtreeskin@gmail.com with the receipt/proof of purchase and describe to us the details of your issue. 

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Missing Refund

If you have been issued a refund and believe it may be late or missing, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. 

If issue is still unresolved, contact your bank to verify refund processing. Refunds may take longer than normal times depending on various delays that may occur.
